We have engaged KEO Technical to renovate our master en-suite. The Team have been very prompt in carrying out the work, needed very little supervision and have done a very good job. They agreed to work with our materials and had some hard detailed work to undertake due to some of the choices we had made. Each morning the Team Supervisor would visit and inspect the site setting the Teams objectives for the day, they would layout the protective floor coverings and set to work.
At the end of the day the Supervisor would visit to check that all was in order prior to removing the floor coverings on their way out the door. The team have worked hard and assisted in all areas required. We have already started making plans for the next renovation project and have already recommended the Team to neighbours that are in need of assistance for similar projects. Thank you all.

Yes, we currently provide our services in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We plan on extending our services to other emirates soon.
Purchasing an AMC contract will ensure that your equipment is maintained as per manufacturer specifications and recommendations. Service response times will be 60 minutes or less and you also get a discount on labour charges.
A standard contract includes the following:
1. HVAC maintenance services 3 - 4 times a year.*
2. Electrical and plumbing maintenance services twice a year

Purchasing a comprehensive AMC contract for your office or business is beneficial. The contract will include most spare parts, which reduces the turnaround time for the repair of critical equipment, that can affect the functioning of a business.
This service is extended to clients who have AMCs with us. However, we can extend the same service to call outs, depending on the nature of the emergency
We do not charge a call out fee and instead charge for the work done. However, for emergency services over a weekend, we charge a flat rate of AED 150/- for call outs within Dubai city limits.
